The Andhans R1 was born from a lack-of well designed pc cases on the market. The R1 was designed from the inside out, its an enclosure built to remove barriers. The modest frame focuses on absolute flexibility and uncompromising utility, So you can do your greatest work.

This does not, however, mean that we subsided on the R1's exterior presence. Because we didn't. The R1 is a jewel devised from elaborate curves and fine features. Nothing was left without immerse consideration so that each detail blends in perfectly with any environment.

The R1 comes in 2 modes: a landscape mode and a portrait mode. Both modes are matching on terms of performance and airflow specs, but the optional portrait feet offer a greatly reduced footprint on your desk leaving more desk-space for other peripherals.

The R1's front IO is clear of all nonsense. Just one power button. A recessed power button better than any other, it is a perfectly calibrated tactical switch. Scratch Free, hiss free, just pure enjoyment. We believe the front IO should be kept free of ugly USB ports and IO shields. This is what the back is for; it's for everything we could ever fit on the front and much more.

The top-side of the R1 is occupied by generously-sized airflow-slits. In fact, most of the top-side is no top-panel giving your components the airflow they need. On each side, an extensive rim which traces around each edge. This provides an aesthetically imposing design element but also serves as a sturdy support for the side panel. Of which there are 3 types: glass, mesh, and perforated. Each one complements the curves of the case perfectly in a gorgeous fashion.
